It's the real deal. This brought me right back to the deli's in Italy. Extremely authentic!! They are native Italians that work here! You can build your own sandwich with plenty of tasty options for a great price. I had a smoked prosciutto and Pecorino Romano sandwich on focaccia with sun dried tomato spread and put roasted eggplant on it one day, and roasted red pepper the next. Went one day, and it was so delicious that I went back the next day and brought my family. Best sandwich I have had since Italy!!! They also have scrumptious dolci there as well. Extremely impressed with everything! I will be going back every time I am in Grass Valley. Bravo!!
