DeLinda is a long time high school friend and a guru at finding the best brands of supplements for the people that request her knowledge of brands. I live in Washington State but I purchase mail order from her, as I know what I purchase from her is the best quality. My doctor is amazed with her choices. I watched her as she began her research, nearly 30 years ago, as she worked at various health nutrition stores alongside the best in the business, and was happy to hear when she decided to open her shop in Grass Valley. Unlike some stores, she won't sell you a product that she knows nothing about or hasn't researched. Her store is one of a kind, offering supplements, chilled natural beverages, snacks, as well as soybean and beeswax candles, gifts, Leanin' Tree cards, wind chimes, bath and beauty lotions and potions, teas, and a friendly listening ear. She's open Monday-Friday 11:30-6:00 pm, Saturdays 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. other times by appointment. Call ahead, if those times won't work for you, and she'll work with your schedule. That's a bonus for people like myself on a road trip that aren't sure when they will be there. I learned yesterday as I rode through, she's closing out her book section while they last they are 50% off. And if you mention you read a review on Google, you will get a discount.

It's the kind of store that you could hang out all day in, very warm and friendly.
