Famous Footwear at 682-C Freeman Lane, Grass Valley, California.

After my 83 year-old mother and I came into this store to buy shoes for my two kids, the store manager was extremely rude to us over the shopping cart my mom had with her. When my mom explained that we were doing some more shopping and having the cart helped to relieve the pain she was feeling in her knee, the manager screamed at us to get out. Apparently, the needs of this store's insurance company is more important than the customers who are ready to spend money and potentially come back again and again to spend even more money. Due to the unprofessional and uncaring attitude of the store management here, we won't be coming back ever again. Stores that turn away paying customers won't last very long in this tough competitive environment. The owners of this location need to get their priorities in check or risk going out of business for good. The ironic thing is that after we left, we went over to JC Penney just a few stores over and found and purchased the exact same Nike shoes for an even better price but without the bad management attitude and hassle.
